Heritage Village Sea Lions

To declare your swimmers for upcoming meets:

1. Log in to SwimTopia.
2. Hover over the Schedule tab and click the Swim Meets and Events link.
3. Scroll to the event in which you would like to declare your swimmer and click the green Meet Entry button.
4. Click Edit and select from the drop-down menu whether your swimmer will attend or will not attend that week's meet.
5. Select the checkboxes for up to three individual events for your swimmer.
6. Indicate whether your swimmer is available for relays.
7. Click Save.

We ask that you please complete your swimmer declarations by 5:00 p.m. the Tuesday before each meet.

Please note that except for illness or other unforeseeable events, failure to show up for a meet for which you have declared a swimmer could result in scratches to any relays your swimmers are entered into. This can be disappointing to the other swimmers involved in that relay.
