Swimtopia Tips
Information in the My Account section of SwimTopia
Swimmer Time History:
Each swimmer's name is a link. Clicking the link shows a list of the swimmer’s best times. Each event heading is also a link that will display the swimmer’s full time history for that event.
Note that this historical information can be sorted and displayed in various ways by clicking Display Options. The columns are also sortable by clicking the filter icons next to the column headings.
Volunteering Summary:
You can also see what volunteer positions you have signed up for and your volunteer point total for the season. Hovering your mouse over the Who Else is Signed Up for this Job? link will display other families who are signed up for the same job at the same meet. This information is available as you sign up for jobs in SwimTopia, either within registration or in the meet itself. If you hover over the Positions Needed or Filled columns, a popup will appear with the names of the other individuals signed up for that job.
Job Description:
You can view full job descriptions for each volunteer position if you are not familiar with the duties of a particular job. Hover your mouse over the information icon next to the job title to view the job description.
Information on the Meet Signup Page
Once the meet entries and job signups are closed, you can still click on the grayed-out buttons to see what events and volunteering jobs your family is signed up for (you must be logged in to view this information). This is helpful if you have forgotten what they signed up for or if you want to see your swimmer’s events.
SwimTopia Mobile App
SwimTopia has a free mobile app for iPhones in the App Store and Androids in the Google Play Store. In the app, you can see upcoming events, meet details (including what events their swimmers are signed up for), and volunteering shifts.
